January brings the families to Louisa’s Walk and all the wonderful Louisa actors love involving the children. There are many opportunities to interact with children from ringing the bell in the Chapel to helping with the washing.
But on the way back, Louisa often carries some stale bread in her basket to feed the ducks at the bottom of the Hobart Rivulet. It’s always so popular with the kids but it totally detracts from William’s lines at this point and he gets upstaged – hard cheese!
