We do have some time off from Louisa’s Walk you know and yesterday was one of those times. We had planned to have a Melbourne Cup Lunch, partly for the horse race that stops the nation and partly to show off our new courtyard and pergola to some friends.
We were blessed with a beautiful day. We decided to put money into a hat and have a very informal sweep rather than lining the bookies pockets. We raised around $140.00 and are sending it to Juvenile Diabetes Research.
We also had a fabulous time!!
