Our Louisa’s Walk Primary Shows are growing in popularity as more and more schools and teachers realise this is a great way to teach history. Experienced this way, being part of the drama, is an unforgettable way of visiting the Cascades Female Factory.
Chris’s Overseer character is unpleasant and bossy! He barks at everyone as we first meet him on the “Hobart Wharf”. His temper doesn’t improve as we are marched up “Macquarie Street”.
Today we took two delightful classes from Snug Primary School; one of the students, Jayden whispered to me as we submissively trudged along behind the overseer”do you think he needs Anger Management classes?”
