19 Blue is a self – contained holiday cottage just 12 minutes drive from Hobart. Situated in the lovely beach side suburb of Blackmans Bay.
19 Blue makes a wonderful, central base for all your southern Tasmanian destinations.

Your hosts are Judith and Chris Cornish the owner/operators of Live History Productions and well known for their award winning Louisa’s Walk and Her Story.

This fully equipped, modern cottage has all you need for a comfortable stay with a queen sized bed, laundry and kitchen facilities.

Country breakfast ingredients are supplied, for your first morning, with bacon and our own free range eggs.

Enjoy your breakfast out on the private deck either out the front or on the little deck outside your door.

Relax on the verandah overlooking our organic vegetable garden. You can stay home and prepare your own evening meal, help yourself to fruits in season, or try veggies harvested straight from the garden for a real flavour hit!

Or if cooking is not part of your holiday plan, it’s only a short walk down to Blackmans Bay Beach where there are two lovely restaurants. The nearby Bayview Shopping Centre has other eateries and a range of shops to purchase supplies.

Judith and Chris are happy to share their extensive experience in the tourism industry with you and they supply itinerary folders and suggested day trips.
