We felt very proud to receive in the mail this week, a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. This Certificate honours businesses that consistently earn top ratings from TripAdvisor travellers. With a rating of five *’s it says that Louisa’s Walk has earned a place among the very best.
The accompanying letter congratulates us and says that these Certificates are only given to the most exceptional performers in TripAdvisor’s global business community. They go on to say they hope we will proudly display the Certificate for everyone to see. Well, not having a public office, that’s not possible but posting on our web blog and on Facebook will surely achieve the same thing or better?
Either way, we feel proud of what we have created, helped by our wonderful team of actors: Anna Freeland Hopwood, Gail Friswell, Colin Dean, Don Gaye and Chris Hamley.
